Co - Founder
Jahmela Williams is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional, and a Certified Mindfulness/Informed Clinician Level 1. Jahmela has extensive training and certificates in Psychological First Aid for Schools, Cognitive Behavioral Intervention for Trauma in Schools, Racial Trauma, Childhood Adolescent Young Adult Trauma, Childhood Adolescent Young Adult Anxiety and Depression, Childhood Adolescent Young Adult Toxic Stress, and Childhood Adolescent Young Adult Development. Jahmela holds Masters’s in Education and Counseling. She has over 15 years of experience in providing education and counseling services to the BIPOC community. Jahmela’s expertise is focused on helping individuals successfully navigate through barriers that limit holistic well-being. One of the reasons for Jahmela’s success is her gift for forming positive, lasting connections with individuals. In all her years of service, she has never grown tired of helping individuals to better know themselves, their value, and live their purpose.

For over two decades Vashon Williams has worked as a Health Educator, Coach, Fitness Professional, and Sports Manager. Vashon has his Doctor of Education (Ed. D) with a specialization in Sports Management. As an educator, he has over 21 years of experience in teaching from Kindergarten through undergrad. Currently, he is a Professor of Health and Exercise Science at an HBCU. Vashon also has been an Athletic Director for 13 years and is a NASM Sport Performance Enhancement Specialist and Personal Trainer. Many refer to him as Coach Williams because of his many years of coaching high school basketball. He never grows tired of pouring into his students and clients as a teacher, trainer, and coach. He is passionate about empowering individuals to live a holistically healthy lifestyle. His goal is to be a guide on your journey of uncovering the balance that leads to the best version of you.
